TRAINING
Conflict Resolution Systems trainings are individually designed based on the needs of the client. These needs are based on an assessment of the type of agency, the setting and the possible threat scenarios it involves, the agency’s policy’s and procedures, and the personnel involved in the training. We offer private trainings for individuals and small groups inde-pendent of their agency’s, all inclusive agency trainings, and a one on one “train the trainer” course for an agency or departments existing trainer.

PROGRAMS
Tactical Arrest: A curriculum designed for law enforcement and corrections that covers all empty hand, firearm, edged, impact and improvised weapon threats, as well as weapon retention, tactical restraint and cuffing, cell extraction, team tactics, and baton tactics.

Tactical Protection: A curriculum designed for protection agents and private security. This training covers all empty hand, firearm, edged,
impact and improvised weapon threats, as well as restraint and client evacuation tactics.

Conflict Resolutions:
A curriculum designed for health and hospital, psychiatric, and social service workers, as well as any other personnel
that work in an occupation or setting with the possibility of a violent threat. This training covers escort and restraint, evacuation, evasion,
and empty hand diffusal, tactics, as well as weapon defenses including improvised weapons such as tools or objects commonly found at the
work site.

Civilian Survival: A curriculum designed for personal and family protection. This training has a didactic section on threat identification
and proactive protection tactics as well as a physical training in evasion, evacuation, and empty hand diffusal and restraint tactics, as well as survival tactics for abduction and hostage scenarios that utilize a firearm and edged weapon.

Course structure:
Course are individually designed to meet specific
client needs. This includes both the content of the actual physical training as well as the training schedule itself. Courses can be structured from a 90 minute introductory in service up to a full 5 day course that can be done concurrently or spread out over a one month period. We will assess your needs and recommend an exact training curriculum of material as well as a time frame that best supports the effective presentation of it.
