		Conflict Resolution Systems is an easily learned, easily retained, reality based training that offers personnel with limited training experience the ability to develop immediate skills, as well as it being an efficient addition to the existing skills of highly trained personnel. Conflict Resolution Systems offers reality based scenario training involving empty hand, firearm, edged, impact, and improvised weapon threats. Our training covers all aspects of a legally defined force continuum that en-compasses diffusal, restraint, escorting, extraction, and arrest tactics.We offer this training for professionals in the fields of: • Law Enforcement • Corrections • Protection • Security • Mental Health/Health Care • Social Services We also specialize in family and personal protection trainings for civillians. Our training philosophy is that we limit our training to only the most highly efficient tactics that are applicable to a vast array of scenarios, enabling the trainee to spend significantly less time on memorization of the material which puts the focus of their training time on application of the tactics. By spending the majority of training time on tactic application, the trainee develops muscle memory that will stay with them long after the training session ends. Conflict Resolution Systems does not train people to “get good”; we train people to “get real”. Recognizing that no situation ever goes as expected, and that no two situations will ever be the same, our training not only covers first response tactics, but also further response tactics for when first response fails. Our training prepares the trainee for the reality of response failure by not only preparing them to handle it, but to actually capitalize on it. Our philosophy is that failure is only negative if one has not been trained to respond to it appropriately.Jeff Eisenberg is the founder and training director of Eisenberg Conflict Resolution Systems. He has an extensive and diverse security background. He has directed special event security for Circle line Cruises in New York City, directed emergency room and psychiatric emergency response in Mountainside hospital in New Jersey; and has done VIP and executive protection in both the corporate and television worlds in the New York area. As a private investigator, he has clocked thousands of hours doing covert surveillance; and as a tactics instructor, he has trained numerous personnel from Federal, State, and municipal agencies. Mr. Eisenberg was recently appointed as the Director of Defensive Tactics for the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department in New Jersey. In creating Eisenberg Conflict Resolution Systems, Mr. Eisenberg has created training and consulting for all fields that are in a setting where it’s employees can face a physical threat scenario. These include but are not limited to: Mental health and Psychiatric workers and their support staff, Doctors, Nurses, and their support staff, Teachers, and Social Service workers, as well as to civilians, including children.Mr. Eisenberg has been a member of the: • American Society for Law Enforcement Trainers • International Counter Terrorism Officers Association Mr. Eisenberg has been recognized as a: • Certified Protection Specialist • Certified in Police and Security Sciences • Certified Child Safety Specialist • Certified Use of Force Instructor • Certified Law Enforcement Tactics Instructor • Certified Baton Instructor • Certified Handcuff Tactics Instructor • Certified Restraint Tactics Instructor And has additional protection certifications in: • Advance Work • Close Quarter Tactics • Tactical Handgun • Electronic Surveillance Mr. Eisenberg has trained agents from: • The United States Marshalls • The Massachusetts State Police and Local Municipalities • United States Postal Inspectors • Corrections USA • NJ State Police and local Municipalities • Virginia State Police and local Municipalities • NJ State Corrections • Ny City Corrections • NY State Corrections
